Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touch surfaces. ✨ The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round. ✨ This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night. ✨ Pool heating is available up to 82°F for **$100/day**. There is a **2-day minimum charge** for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. **Spa heating is always free**—just press the button on the remote to turn on the jets and begin heating. 🙂 ✨ Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they've purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property, so there are often some available for use. ✨ If you are bringing a pet, a **non-refundable pet fee of $100** will be added to the reservation and covers up to **2 dogs**. ✨ Hosting more than **14 guests**? Each additional guest will incur an extra **$50 per night**. ✨ Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least **24 hours in advance**, is subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
