Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces. ✨ The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round ✨ This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night. ✨Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $100/day. There is a 2-day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Spa heating is always free 🙂 ✨ Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they’ve purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use. ✨ If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs. ✨ Hosting more than 14 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night. ✨ Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to additional fees and availability.

It’s super family-friendly and has that cozy, small-town feel even though you’re just a short drive from all the action in San Diego. If you’re into the outdoors, you’re in luck! We’re just five minutes from Mission Trails Regional Park, where you can hike, rent a boat, or hang by the lake. Feeling ambitious? Head up Cowles Mountain (the highest point in San Diego!) for panoramic views all the way to Mexico and the coast—it’s a solid hike, so bring water and sunscreen! Mount Helix is another gem—just 10 minutes away with amazing views and peaceful vibes. Want a quirky local adventure? Try La Mesa’s Secret Stairs—they’re a fun and sneaky way to get in a workout. And if you’ve got little ones, Harry Griffen Park is a great spot with a playground and free summer concerts. You’ll be super close to the I-8 and 125 freeways, making it easy to get wherever you need to go. We recommend having your own car to explore comfortably—we’ve got private driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles, plus plenty of street parking if you’ve got more guests tagging along. You’ll find bars, restaurants, and shops just a short stroll away. And if you need a ride, Uber usually shows up in about 3 minutes. The Grossmont Trolley Station is only 1.2 miles away—easy to hop on if you're going car-free for the day! San Diego International Airport is about 15 miles from the house.
